City of Heroes becomes the first MMO to fully integrate player-made content.
City of Heroes Issue 14 hits the live servers today. This update opens a whole new side of this venerable superheroes / supervillains franchise, allowing players to create and play their own created content for normal experience and a token-based loot system, as this trailer shows.
