The official site for Dreamlords has been updated with notes on this upcoming update.

Blood cap in effect (Affecting Thûl only)
Previously Thûl could collect an unlimited amount of blood, which caused some imbalance in the game. Thus a cap has been implemented on the amount of blood that Thûl can now collect.
