Tom and Jerry have been a popular cartoon for many years, but now a joint venture between Turner Entertainment and TurnOut Ventures is taking the game of cat and mouse to a whole new level. Recently they announced that the dynamic duo of Tom and Jerry will be getting their own MMOG. The game is set to launch in the second quarter of 2010, giving the iconic cartoon characters their own virtual world for players to enjoy. So get ready to smash enemy kitties in the face with frying pans while stealing the cheese and making them trip their own traps. The Tom and Jerry MMOG will be developed by Hong Kong-based developer Typhoon Games.
