Another one bites the dust! As of tomorrow, July 31st 2009, the battle between agents and humans will end as the plug is pulled on The Matrix Online permanently.

Rather than going out with a whimper, SOE is tossing an in-game farewell party and invites anyone who has ever played the game to log back in for a community goodbye.

Come party with us in game on Friday, July 31st from 12 Noon Pacific Daylight Time till Dracomet crushes everyone's RSI just before Midnight.

We will be partying on the Syntax server in Mara Central at the Hypercube monument. Virrago will be on hand dancing, handing out cake, and changing players into random disguises. Dracomet and Walrus will be bouncing between the servers and many other SOE staff members will be dropping by throughout the day as well.
