New City of Heroes Issue 16 Power Customization Screenshots

City of Heroes will be granting players even more customization options with its Issue 16 update. Players will be given the opportunity to customize the look of their very own powers. This week NCsoft sent us a few new images that shows how the old power sets compare to some of the new customized ones.
