Gamespot recently got their hands on a new "Developer's Diary" for CO (Champions Online). Jack Emmert, Bill Roper, Shannon Posniewski, John Layman, and Randy Msiondz join the diary to discuss the development of powers in Champions Online and how the CO's development stems from the old pen and paper game.
