While there will be no special ruleset servers on Aion, the folks at NCsoft did want to make it a bit easier for players within communities to find their friends. They have unofficially declared specific servers to facilitate this. Many of the choices that were made, such as that for the NA Roleplaying server, were made in cooperation with fansites that support these players.

If you had already made a character on another server but still wanted to play on one of these servers with your friends, you can always delete and remake characters during the pre-selection period or make more characters during Early Start or release. We hope everyone gets to where they want to be!
