I think your write up was pretty honest. I've made it to level 8 so far in the free trial doing a crafter/hand2hand build. I think to really enjoy this game you have to step back and approach the game play much slower than games we've seen released in the last 3 years. Take your time to talk to npc's and explore the world and you really get immersed in this turbulent world.
Resource harvesting does seem slow at times but only because there are so many types needed for the recipes. I enjoy...

, I have been able to try this one out - I was on the fence - hearing good and bad things about it, and as have been playing Aion this last month, didn't really want to jump in to another time sink... the free key allowed me to dip my toes in the water without too much investment...

Nice review - I agree with everything you write, although I find crafting much more fun than you apparently do. Sure, once you start the crafting process, it is pretty simple. So simple, you can run off and do other things while you are crafting. But I really enjoy tracking down the different books, finding or making all the subcomponents, etc. At least it is not like other games, where you just go to your one trainer and learn everything for your level.
I really think this is exactl...
