Blizzard: Longer Support Hours at Blizzard

Posted Fri, Dec 04, 2009 by Xerin

On the forums someone said "it should have always been like this" and I agree, but it's still a nice change. Weekend troubles? Call Blizzard who are now open on the weekends.

We're pleased to announce that we've expanded the hours of operation for our phone support teams, in order to make it as easy as possible for players to get help at a convenient time. Both our technical support team and our billing and account services teams are now accepting calls seven days per week, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific time. If you're experiencing any issues, please don't hesitate to give us a call; the number for billing and account services is 1-800-592-5499, and for technical support it is 1-949-955-1382. You can also check our support webpage for more information:

I finally got myself a Razor Naga (Molten Edition)!

About a year ago, I really wanted a naga mouse for my birthday. However, my girlfriend goes to BestBuy and the jerk working there tells her that I wouldn't like the naga because its too hard to push the buttons on the side. He told her to get me the World of Warcraft mouse (Cataclysm Edition).
