"The Maestro is a bard who specializes in his song. He is perhaps the most party friendly of all bard builds, since he makes everyone rogue and cleric a fighter, and every fighter, barbarian and ranger into a deadly combatants. His song's provide very large bonuses to combat ability, plus large bonuses to saving throws against fear. The Maestro has enough songs to keep a party constantly buffed, plus provide specific songs (inspire competance, etc) and mesmerize opponents as often as he or she needs."
