Turbine recently posted the preliminary patch notes for the first Siege of Mirkwood patch on the Bullroarer test server. The patch is primarily focused on Skirmish and Legendary Items, but you'll find a few fixes to raids and instances as well as a few quest tweaks. Turbine's Community Specialist, Sapience, did make sure to note that these are a work in progress and could be changed before the official release of the patch.

The Following are the Release Notes for the Bullroarer release of Volume 2 Book 9: Siege of Mirkwood, Patch 1. These should be considered a work in progress and incomplete. Final release notes will be posted when the patch is approved for release to the live servers.
