Star Trek Online offers free mounts, how many other MMOGs can say that? Medeor achieved the rank of Lieutenant Commander this week and is the proud owner of a new race car, aka Escort ship. How did he come to the decision of fast and furious versus slow and steady for winning the race?

All hail Medeor, THE lieutenant commander of the USS Goodrow, escort ship patrolling a sector near you. Yes, I donned the new rank which preceded a ton of hemming and hawing over which ship to get. Ultimately I went in the direction of damage dealer. In most other MMOGs I’ve played a support class, but this time it’s all about tearing people apart and hopefully the scientist can keep me healed.
