Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment (CME) has had more than its share of financial troubles of late, but legal problems have also plagued the company. However, we recently learned through a press release that Gary Whiting, CME’s now former Chairman and CEO, has been named in a complaint filed by the company’s shareholders alleging various wrong doings against the company. Whiting has been removed as from his position by the shareholders and his employment and that of his subsidiaries has been terminated.

CME is unclear as to what affect Whiting’s alleged actions and the pending litigation will have on the company’s operations and financial conditions. Not something recent buyers of Stargate Resistance or fans of Stargate Worlds will not want to hear. Click here to read the full press release.
