Lately Blizzard has been unusually active within the World of Warcraft online community holding chats, answering questions, and disclosing new details about their upcoming plans for the game. I thought I'd share a few more of the places that you can read or respond in order to get in touch with the people that are producing and managing this game we all know and love.

This post, made earlier today, invites players to come PvP against some Blizzard employees:

Hey all,

Ever wanted to Pwn a Blizzard employee in WoW PvP? Now's your chance because tomorrow from 4:00PM to 6:30PM (PST) a few of us will be queuing up for BGs via the new Random Battleground Finder on the US realms! Bring your main/alt/premade and show us what you got!

What: Random Battleground Finder
Who: Blizzard Community Team and Blizzard QA
Place: US Servers Broxigar and Anasterian
Time: 4:30 - 6:30 PST
Date: 2-26-2010

(Note: Time/Event is subject to change.)

You might have to jump through a few hoops for this one, as it's thusfar scheduled to happen on Broxigar-US and Anasterian-US. These are PTR SERVERS so don't get confused if you can't find them on the list! Check back a few days in the news for a brief F.A.Q. on how to access the PTR. You might have to queue a few times to find them, as there are already large numbers of people testing the new battlegrounds and more may log on in hopes of playing against some Blizzard players.

Stop by the unofficial Ask a Community Manager Thread on the official WoW forums and ask personal questions about the Blizzard community posters. Quite a few of them have already stopped by there to answer questions about their in game experiences amongst the wow player base.

It's always nice when the developers of a big MMO take the time to let the players know that they care about their experience, and take part in that experience themselves. That's a big part of why Blizzard and WoW manage to keep the attention of so many of us for so long.
