It is becoming difficult to know if someone who joins your raid is training their weapon skill or a seasoned fighter who is going to pull through. Addons like Elitist Group say they're helpful tools to help weed out the "trash," but is that just "elitist" or do it actually work? With the amount of welfare gear out there and the ability to easily faceroll parts of ICC gear doesn’t tell you anything. So when forming a PUG all that GS will do is answer the question “are they wearing decent gear” at which point it’ll tell you yes or no.
