Lord of the Rings Online MMO News, Guides, and Features at Ten Ton Hammer

Turbine has released the patch notes for The Lord of the Rings Online's Volume III, Book 1, Patch 1 on the Bullroarer Test server. The update will make adjustments to several class skills and Skirmishes. Raid fixes are also in and most importantly, the Spring Festival horse merchant Will Peartree has returned. If all goes well, players will be able to finally get those festival horses once the update is pushed to live servers.
