Paragon Studios has released a new video as a prelude to the upcoming City of Heroes expansion, Going Rogue. In the latest video, the developers behind the superhero-based MMOG share some of their insights and inspiration for the Going Rogue expansion. The video also offers a look at new gameplay footage from Going Rogue.
