Data Node One has posted the very brief patch notes for Matrix Online. They probably wrote this:

"
Items listed on this page will be part of the update scheduled for June 7, 2005.

  • Items that increase maximum buffer space now work correctly.
  • Ignore Pain has a new sound effect."
