MMORPG.com has posted a new article detailing the Pyromancer, the latest class revealed by the Rift: Planes of Telara development team. Pyromancers will make fans of magic wielding classes happy as it's a mage that chooses to focus on the mastery of fire-based powers. But like most casters they are still a bit squishy.

Pyromancers excel at roasting their enemies from afar, and so must be wary of foes able to charge into melee quickly or defend themselves against searing flames.

In the deepest part of Gloamwood, the waterways under a once-stately Mathosian castle play host to the frenzied stirrings of creatures from the rifts. Gloamwood’s goblins built a city into this chasm’s walls, their hovels lining a path spiraling deep into the bedrock. Every day, goblins skulk from this hole to wreak havoc through the woods.
