Wherein we discover that Ralsu is disturbingly good at writing 18th century prose.

Ralsu has a new blog post up, and it's a great read for anyone who's a fan of Jonathan Swift (most widely known for Gulliver's Travels). Anyway, this is one modest proposal that I'm willing to stand behind. You know. Unlike the one where he heartily endorsed eating babies. Swift, that is-- not Ralsu.

It is a melancholy object to those who walk through the great town of Khal, when they see the streets, the roads, and crafting halls, empty of players, the NPCs all in rags and importuning every passenger for an alms. I think it is agreed by all parties that this prodigious number of NPCs in the arms, or on the backs, or at the heels of players, is in the present deplorable state of the game a very great additional grievance; and, therefore, whoever could find out a fair, cheap, and easy method of making these NPCs sound, useful members of the city, would deserve so well of the public as to have his avatar set up for a preserver of the Internet.
