A week after the launch of World of Warcraft: Cataclysm launched and the hot fixes continue. This time round the changes are mainly to do with quests, class balancing and another nerf to guild reputation, much to the annoyance of almost every guild in existence. Also Paladins are getting nerfed. Again. Anyone who wants to complain should probably check out this post from Nethaera on the subject.
The only positive change - aside from numerous fixes to quests - seems to be (depending on your perspective at least) is that the Vial of the Sands is now BoE rather than BoP. For those who are not alchemists - or living under a rock - this potion is the new Alchemy mount and turns the imbiber into a Drake which another player can then ride. Some alchemists are bound to be unhappy about not having something only they can use but the majority - including my main - are bound to see lots of $ signs as this particular potion is insanely expensive to make. Indeed, I predict that The Vial of the Sands is going to be Cataclysm’s Choppa!
