Trion Worlds announced its Rift pre-order and Collector's Edition details last week and today we can confirm the official release date. Rift will officially launch in North America on March 1st, 2011 followed by a European release on March 4th. The launch comes with a head start and founder discount pricing options. Pre-order head starts can jump in the game and start playing on February 24th to defend Telara against invaders from the rifts.

Additionally, Rift founders can enjoy discounted muti-month subscription founder pricing and access to all remaining closed beta events. Subscription pricing details are available on the official Rift website along with all pre-order options.
