DCUO Expands to Meet Player Demand

Posted Wed, Jan 19, 2011 by Savanja

It has been a somewhat bumpy launch week for DC Universe Online. With random downtime, login queues, and zoning glitches, players of SOE's latest creation may be feeling a bit frustrated. It seems that most of DCUO woes have been caused by over-population and thankfully SOE has swiftly addressed this problem by adding additional servers for US and EU players on both PC and Playstation 3 platforms. This announcement was made via Facebook earlier today:

Due to increased demand we've opened two brand new servers for the US and EU PS3 and PC communities! Head to either of the following servers and continue your fight against Brainiac.

It has yet to be seen if the new servers and downtime have solved these issues but early reports are looking good.
