Red 5 Announces PAX East Plans for Firefall

Posted Wed, Feb 09, 2011 by Martuk

Developer Red 5 is headed to PAX East and they're bringing Firefall with them. After their unveiling of the game at PAX Prime last year, the team is hoping to take things up a notch at PAX East by letting attending fans try out the game for the first time. Red 5 will have more than twenty machines set up at PAX East for attending fans to give the game a try and see what Firefall has to offer first-hand.

But Red 5 has more plans for the event. The team will also be revealing a new battleframe at PAX East. So players will have the chance to switch between an Assault, Medic and the yet to be named mystery battleframe at the event.

If you live in the Boston area and would like to attend PAX East, Red 5 is also looking for two fans to help demo the game for the event. If selected, you'll not only receive free passes to the show, but also early access to the event and you'll get to help Red 5 demo the game for attending PAX fans.

We are also looking for two excited Firefall fans that live in the Boston area. These two fans will not only get free passes to the show, but will also get early access to the event, and will help Red 5 demo the game to thousands of excited gamers over the course of the three day weekend.

Check out the official announcement for more PAX East details and how you can be considered by Red 5 for the free event passes and help demo Firefall.
