Blizzard has been rather tight-lipped about their second MMOG project currently referred to as Titan. Blizzard, who is undoubtedly hoping to repeat their success with World of Warcraft (WoW) with the new project recently took some time to speak with Gamasutra about the company's success with their current lineup of games and looked to the future with Titan.

Blizzard COO Paul Sams stated his belief that WoW will be here for many more years and believes that the company's StarCraft II expansions and Diablo III releases will also be big winners for the company. Sams went on to call Titan Blizzard's most ambitious project to date and went so far as to say that the upcoming MMOG will "eclipse" WoW's success. And the team at Blizzard have even have a working version of the secretive project that the devs have been playing.

"We're very confident in that product. It's an awesome one," Sams added. "We're playing it already. It is a total ball to play. We think that the reach of that product is greater than anything that we've done before. We're very excited about that. I believe that it's the type of game that will have a very long life, much like World of Warcraft has."
