SOE Adds More Events for 12th EverQuest Anniversary

Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) wants to make the 12th anniversary of their popular MMORPG EverQuest a memorable one and they laid out a twelve-day list of events last week of planned festivities. But SOE has decided to up the ante a little and has added even more to the list of celebratory events. Starting today, players will get an additional dose of experience as the game kicks off another Double Experience event. Additionally, players will also find more rare mob spawns during the Double Experience event, so be sure to check out the dark corners of Norrath for chances at some extra loot. The event is scheduled to continue through Wednesday, allowing for much faster leveling. A second Double Experience event is scheduled for March 25th through March 27th.

The new Progression Servers will not be part of the Double Experience event.
