World of Warcraft at Ten Ton Hammer

Take a look inside Northrend!

Blizzard developers Jeff Kaplan, Tom Chilton, and Corey Stockton bring you a sneak peek- including concept art, design diagrams, and in-game video- inside the zones of Northrend, the new continent featured in the upcoming World of Warcraft expansion, Wrath of the Lich King. Ten Ton Hammer is happy to bring you video of the entire panel discussion in a series of seven bite-size videos. Watch them in order to see the entire presentation, then finish it off with a look at the Death Knight hero class, which was the cap on the entire expansion presentation.

Start out with Lead Designer Jeff Kaplan as he provides some background on the major features added in the expansion and the backstory, then join Level Designer Corey Stockton for a detailed look at four of the new Northrend zones, including one of two level 68-70 starting areas - Howling Fjord - and the storyline-intensive Dragonblight. Co-Lead Designer Tom Chilton takes us home with a look at Open PvP (on all servers) in the new World PvP zone, Lake Wintergrasp.
