The Kirin'Tor have taken their fight against the Blue Dragonflight to Northrend, and their city (which you'll easily recognized as the transient city of Dalaran) will float high above the central parts of Northrend, providing a neutral capital city for the continent.
In the last segment from the zone overview portion of the expansion presentation, Co-Lead Developer Tom Chilton takes us on a 3 minute tour of post-expansion PvP and Lake Wintergrasp.
