If you're not happy with your server in RIFT and are looking for greener pastures, tomorrow will bring good tidings for you. With the launch of RIFT's 1.3: Waves of Madness update, players will have the option to transfer their characters to another server once every seven days for free. Trion has posted details about the transfer destination shards available. Anyone can transfer from any shard, but there are selected destinations for both Defiant and Guardian players.

A detailed description of the transfer process will be posted tomorrow with the 1.3 update, but for now, you can examine the NA Guardian destination shards and the NA Defiant destination shards. Additionally, a list of EU Guardian destination shards and EU Defiant destination shards is also available.
