The Rise of the Hutt Cartel expansion will add new features and content to SWTOR such as the planet Makeb, new epic storyline missions, a level cap increase to 55, new items, gear, and more. Additionally, at the same time, Game Update 2.0: Scum and Villainy will also go live with new Legacy Achievements, a new level 55 Operation, upgraded level 55 Hard Mode Flashpoints & Operations, and a number of class combat changes.

Players that opt to pre-order the expansion prior to April 13th will also receive three exclusive in-game rewards: the “Scourge of the Hutts” title, a Makrin Seedling mini-pet, and the Dr. Oggurobb Hutt Holostatue.

The Rise of the Hutt Cartel expansion is available to subscribers for $9.99 and $19.99 to free players. SWTOR players that pre-ordered prior to January 7th, 2013 will be able to start playing the expansion five days early.

I really don't understand racism in the real world. People are what people are, regardless of skin pigmentation or where their ancestors came from. There's really only one real-world race - the Human Race - and I loathe everyone equally.
