Star Wars: The Old Republic (SWTOR) begins Early Access next week and will be launching during one of the busiest holiday weeks of the year and a lot of fans are concerned that  they’re copies may not arrive before head start ends, especially given the fact that BioWare has stepped back away from offering a grace period following the game’s official December 20th launch.

In an effort to address a few questions and calm concerns, SWTOR’s Senior Community Manager Stephen Reid took to his Twitter page to field a few questions. Reid does let fans know that BioWare is working with retailers to try and ensure launch day deliveries.

Sales teams are working closely with retailers in US and Europe to ensure copies of #SWTOR will be delivered in time for launch day.

There is some good news for European players. Reid stated that copies of SWTOR will be available at European retailers on December 15th rather than the currently targeted December 20th date in North America.

In Europe, copies of #SWTOR will be available at retail starting on December 15, 2011.

Additionally, Origin customers should begin seeing their product keys arriving around or just after December 16th.

Origin will be sending out digital keys from the 16th.

For those curious about when they’ll be getting their Early Access emails, Reid stated that players will be notified on the day that they can begin playing.

You'll be emailed on the day you get Early Game Access.

You can follow Stephen Reid on his Twitter page.
