TERA Production Chat Talks PVP, Items and More

En Masse Entertainment is fine-tuning TERA in preparation of its North American beta testing start (currently in Alpha) and some of what the team has been up to is revealed in their latest Production Chat. Some of the key notes include adjustments to the level of the Outlaw system to allow for earlier open world PvP, the ability to seal and unseal items to randomly change their stats, how healing differs between classes, more about glyphs, the time limit on guild wars and a lot more.
