If you have some old favorite posts on the Vanguard: Saga of Heroes forums, you might want to start saving . SOE has announced that the Vanguard forums will be undergoing a transformation over the next couple of weeks and will be getting a fresh new start. The new forums will be similar to those currently being tested with PlanetSide 2. Unfortunately, this also means that older posts can't be transferred over to the new architecture.

"Within the next week or two, we will switch the Vanguard forums over to the new forum software. When this occurs, the forums will start off completely fresh. Unfortunately, the new architecture means that we are unable to transfer any old posts over to the new forums. If you have any favorite posts that you wish to keep, please copy them to a safe place as soon as possible!"

As stated before, if you have a post that needs saving, best to get it done now.
