Cast and production members from Stargate SG-1, the longest running sci-fi series in the history of television, and it's spinoff series, Stargate Atlantis, were on-hand at ComicCon 2007 to chat about the past and future of the ever-evolving franchise.

And I bet you're wondering how Ten Ton Hammer got in to talk with the likes of these without being dragged out by security a few minutes later. As you probably know, Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment is currently deep in development on a related project, Stargate Worlds. CME's been telling us that MGM and the producers of the television series (plural) have a thoroughgoing creative investment in the game, and the fact that Executive Producer Robert Cooper brought up the game (along with the two direct-to-DVD movies and the third Stargate series) seems to support CME's assertion.
While we couldn't ask about the MMORPG (seeign how there was no one there directly involved with the project... besides, we were too busy trying to get Jewel Staite and Amanda Tapping to return a wink), we had a good time dodging the heads and cameras of the front-row media in order to bring you two ten-minute clips, behind the scenes at ComicCon with some of your favorite Stargate actors.
