World of Tanks Begins Staggered Deployment for 8.6 Update
If youÂre a World of Tanks player living in Europe itÂs patch day. The new 8.6 update has deployed in EU to add new balance changes for the in-game economy, new artillery units, additional SPG vehicles up to Tier X, a new Premium British tank, and the Korea-based Sacred Valley battle arena.
The 8.6 update will deploy to Southeast Asia on June 20th followed by a June 25th release in North America and a July 4th deployment for South Korea.
New Artillery Units Rain Down Destruction in World of Tanks Update 8.6
19th June, 2013 - Wargaming, the leading free-to-play MMO developer and publisher, today announced that Update 8.6 is now available in Europe and rolling out to the rest of the world later this month. Southeast Asia will see the update go live on June 20th, while American and South Korean players will get the update on June 25th and July 4th, respectively.
The latest update to World of Tanks brings further changes and balance to the in-game economy, as well as adds new SPGs that further bolster that line of vehicles up to Tier X. Along with the new artillery units, Update 8.6 also adds a new premium British tank, the A33 Excelsior, as well as a new battle arena-Sacred Valley, based on a Korean setting.
