For
achievement junkies, and beginners alike, seeking out, and
completing achievements can sometimes be a difficult, and expensive
process. There are however some achievements that can be quite simple
to complete, most costing you only the time it takes to do
them.  Since these achievements aren’t always
obvious, and are sometimes overlooked by players Ten Ton
Hammer has put together this list of ten easy (and cheap)
achievements that will help you rack up those achievement points
with  relative ease.

*The
following explanations assume the player is level 80.

10. A Simple Re-Quest

This achievement is simple, and will make you a little extra cash while
completing it. This achievement requires you to complete the same daily
quest every day for five days in a row.  Simply choose an easy
to do daily quest (I would suggest any of the cooking dailies in
Dalaran) and complete it as normal. Do the same thing for the next 4
days and you will have yourself a shiny new achievement. Be warned that
there appears to be a 24 hour time period that you must complete the
next quest in. So if you do your daily at 10:00 PM on Tuesday night,
you will need to complete the next quest before 10:00 PM on Wednesday.
Once completed, this achievement will earn you ten achievement
points.

9. World Explorer

Explore Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, Outland, and Northrend to gain this
achievement. This may seem like a lot of work, but it’s
really very easy to complete. Parents, you may even be able to teach
your children to do this achievement as all it requires is for you to
mount up and ride, enjoying the sights throughout the various zones.
While this achievement will take a larger chunk of time than any of the
others on this list, it will be smooth sailing.

The only bump along the way may be for Horde players attempting to
explore Teldrassil. This will require Horde players to make a fated run
through Darnassus. Thankfully Darnassus does not boast the number of
players other cities like Ironforge do, so the run should be relatively
easy especially if you log on late at night. I have done this run
personally several times as a Horde player and have faced little to no
resistance. Be sure to run as quickly as you can, avoid the NPCs and
you will be free and clear in no time.

Other than that little hiccup the hardest part of this achievement will
be deciding which continent to start on. Once completed this
achievement will grant the player fifty achievement points and the
title of Explorer.  You will get a new Tabard when you finish
the Northrend portion of this meta-achievement.

8. Ultimate Triage

style="float: left; width: 100px; height: 103px;" alt=""
src="http://www.tentonhammer.com/image/view/82103">This
achievement
makes the list under the assumption that almost every
player manages to level First Aid up enough to make use of Heavy
Frostweave Bandages since it is one of the easiest minor professions to
level. This achievement requires the player to use a Heavy Frostweave
Bandage to heal yourself (or another player) with less than 5% health.
Be sure to have your Heavy Frostweave Bandages handy (when I attempted
this I realized I had left mine in the bank), then invoke the wraith of
a nearby mob. Do damage to the mob until it reaches a point where you
can easily one shot it, avoid DoTs as you don’t want to
actually kill it. Once it reaches this point stand there and let the
mob do damage to you until you are under 5% health while resisting the
urge to heal, kill, or run like a little girl. Once you are under 5%
health kill the mob and quickly bandage yourself to complete the
achievement. This can also be done via a duel, or is fairly easy to
complete in battlegrounds during normal gameplay if you find yourself
on the brink of death..  Once finished, this achievement will
grant you ten achievement points.

7. Leeeeeeeeeeeeeroy!

href="http://www.tentonhammer.com/node/82105" target="_blank"> src="http://www.tentonhammer.com/image/view/82105" alt=""
style="border: 0px solid ; width: 197px;">Kill
50 whelps in 15 seconds to gain a spiffy new title .

Who doesn’t want to follow in the footsteps of World of
Warcraft legend Leeroy Jenkins? This surprisingly easy achievement
will
do just that by asking the player to kill 50 rookery whelps within 15
seconds. Travel to Upper Black Rock Spire located in scenic Blackrock
Mountain. Climb up the infamous chain and dive in. Once inside make
your way through the instance until you reach a room containing
Pyroguard Emberseer along with several non-elite mobs. Use the alter
inside the room and eventually the non-elites will aggro. Kill them,
and  in a few seconds Pyroguard himself will attack. Dispatch
Pyroguard and the door into the Rookery itself will open. Kill off the
elite dragon guards walking around the room and then the fun can begin.

Simply run around the room like your pants are on fire (Leeroy Jenkins
battle cry is optional), stepping on eggs until you feel confident 50
whelps are active. Then proceed to systematically wipe them out with
the fastest means possible. This should be able to be done by any solo
level 80, or for more fun and to make it even easier bring a small
group of your closest friends. Once done this achievement will grant
you 10 achievement points and the title of Jenkins.

6. To All The Squirrels
I’ve Loved Before

Spread your love to many of the critters of Azeroth while gaining
yourself another easy 10 achievement points by completing this
sometimes overlooked achievement. Much like the World Explorer
achievement all this will cost you is some time. Ride and fly through
the world seeking out various critters and then /love them. Below is a
list of the critters needed for this achievement plus some of the zones
they can be found in:

  • Squirrel - Dalaran, Moonglade

  • Borean Frog - Borean Tundra

  • Chicken - Hillsbrad
    Foothills, Westfall, Elwynn Forest

  • Crab - Borean Tundra,
    Howling Fjord

  • Ewe - Shattrath City

  • Frog - Zangarmarsh, Eversong
    Woods, Gundrak

  • Hare - Durotar

  • Rabbit - Elwynn Forest,
    Dalaran

  • Sheep - Elwynn Forest,
    Hillsbrad Foothills

  • Swine - Durotar

  • Prairie Dog - The Barrens,
    Westfall, Nagrand

  • Steam Frog - Borean Tundra

  • Cat - Eversong Woods

  • Cow - Elwynn Forest,
    Hillsbrad Foothills

  • Deer - Moonglade, Elwynn
    Forest, Silverpine Forest

  • Fawn - Grizzly Hills, Elwynn
    Forest

  • Gazelle - The Barrens

  • Parrot - Un’Goro
    Crater

  • Ram - Loch Modan

  • Skunk - Howling Fjord,
    Bloodmyst Isle

  • Toad - Dustwallow Marsh,
    Un’Goro Crater

Creating a target macro for these critters will greatly assist in the
completion of this achievement. Once completed, you will gain ten
achievement points. Please note that the /loving of animals should not
be recreated in real life.

5. Did Somebody Order a
Knuckle Sandwich?

I won‘t lie, this achievement will take you some time to
complete, but compared to the requirements of some achievements this
one is very simple, you don‘t even need a weapon to do it!
Did Somebody Order a Knuckle Sandwich requires you to level your
unarmed skill to 400. So unequip your weapon and find a mob to pummel.
I would suggest flying to your faction specific settlement in
Shadowmoon Valley then use the Infernals that spawn directly outside to
level your skill. The guards usually hold aggro on these mobs, meaning
you can run in and grind away with little chance of any mishaps.

Mobs that have a self heal (such as the trolls on Eco Isles), or mobs
with large amounts of health  are also good choices since they
will last for longer periods of time. Since these mobs have little
chance of actually killing you, you are free to watch some TV or read a
book with just occasional checks back to see if the mob has been
killed, or if you yourself are in any danger. Once completed, you will
gain 10 achievement points.

4. It’s Happy Hour
Somewhere

I think this achievement is often passed over because at first glance
it may look difficult to achieve, but I assure you that is not the
case. To complete the achievement you will need to drink 25 different
types of beverages. To begin ask a mage (nicely) to make you one of
each of the nine types of conjured water. Then travel to Area 51 and
seek out Boots who sells 15 different types of drink. Purchase and
drink them all to easily complete this achievement quickly and without
fuss. Once completed, you will be awarded 10 achievement points.

3. Make Love, Not Warcraft

Manage to /hug an enemy corpse before they release to complete this
achievement. You do not need to get the killing blow, or even an
honorable kill for this, making it an easy achievement even for those
of us who are lacking in the PvP department. Before attempting this
achievement it is a good idea to make a /hug macro, typing it out will
simply take too much time.  Queue up for your favorite
battleground, and choose a target that looks likely to die. Once that
player gets to low health start spamming your /hug macro. The chances
of the enemy player actually releasing before you hit them with your
macro is very slim, and even if they do you can simply try again when
the next unlucky person bites the dust.

You may also get this achievement outside of PvP if you happen to see
some unfortunate soul get owned by some random mob; don’t
hesitate to try to /hug them. Once completed, this achievement will
grant you 10 achievement points, and a warm fuzzy feeling inside.

2. Friend or Fowl?

href="http://www.tentonhammer.com/node/82102" target="_blank"> src="http://www.tentonhammer.com/image/view/82102" alt=""
style="border: 0px solid ; width: 197px;">Seek
out and kill turkeys to complete the "Friend of Fowl?" achievement.

This achievement is not
only easy, but is also super fun. To complete it you must wipe out 15
turkeys within three minutes. So head out to Howling Fjord and get
ready for the feathers to fly. Turkeys can be found in
abundance  just outside of Westguard Keep, and north east of
New Agamand. Once you find a large grouping of turkeys proceed to take
them down showing no mercy. Once completed, you will gain 10
achievement points, but be warned, you will be ambushed by an avenging
group of turkeys, and critters everywhere will be more than a little
angry with you for a period of time.

1. Going Down?

Most people will gain this achievement by accident, but for those that
don’t stumble onto it unawares it is an easy (and
entertaining) achievement to get. To complete it you will need to be
feeling a bit suicidal and be willing to jump off ledges in order to
manage to fall 65 yards without dying. The best place I have found to
do this (and the place where I completed the achievement) is in
Shattrath. Make your way to the Scryer’s Tier (Aldor players
be wary of guards),

href="http://www.tentonhammer.com/node/82104" target="_blank"> src="http://www.tentonhammer.com/image/view/82104" alt=""
style="border: 0px solid ; width: 197px;">Jump
off at this point in Shattrath to complete "Going Down?" with ease.

Go to the ledge that overlooks Lower City. Once
there you should be able to look down and see a tarp like thing, this
is where you want to fall. Either walk off the ledge, or fall from your
flying mount (hitting the tarp while on your flying mount is much
easier). If you land correctly, you will gain the achievement and 10
achievement points. Rogues, Druids, Mages, and Paladins can complete
this achievement even easier as they
all have damage mitigation
abilities that will greatly reduce their chances of dying while doing
this achievement.
