Battle Shout
Boosts attack power for party members and the raid.  Should be up at all times unless someone has a stronger attack power buff to place on you.  Talents boost the range, duration, and power granted.  Glyph raises the duration by a minute.

Berserker Rage
Go crazy, and immune to fear, saps, and disorient in the process.  You'll gain a little more rage when hit during this.  Talents can enable this skill with an instant rage secondary effect.
 
Bloodrage
Generates quick rage at the cost of health, or completely free with a glyph.  10 instant, 10 over time, or 15 instant and 15 over time with the respective talent.  Helps to start a fight off strong, or helps us when the rage runs low in our offensive rotation.
 
Challenging Shout
The panic button!  Taunts everything in a small radius to attack you for a short time.
 
Charge
You blitz your target from medium range, hold it in place for a second with a brief stun and generate some rage. You must be out of combat to use this attack. It can be used in Defensive stance with the talent Warbringer, and breaks movement impairments in the process with the talent.  Generates much more rage with the Improved Charge talent.  Glyphs can enhance range, and lower the cooldown, great for speeding up grinding and having some PVP use.

Rank 3 - Generates 15 rage.
  
Cleave
Consumes your next attack's rage as well to hit two opponents with one strike.  Does minor bonus damage, and hits three targets with the respective glyph.  Talents enhance the bonus damage greatly.

Rank 3 - 50 bonus damage
Rank 4 - 70 bonus damage.
Rank 5 - 95 bonus damage.
Rank 6 - 135 bonus damage.
Rank 7 - 189 bonus damage.
Rank 8 - 222 bonus damage.
 
Commanding Shout
Rank 1 - Shout at your pathetically weak comrades, raising their maximum health to something closer to yours. +1080 base health.
Rank 2 - Shout at your pathetically weak comrades, raising their maximum health to something closer to yours. +1855 base health.
Rank 3 - Shout at your pathetically weak comrades, raising their maximum health to something closer to yours. +2255 base health.

Demoralizing Shout
Foul language lowers the attack power of all around you.  A cheap rage cost and a noticeable effect make it a necessity in any fight that has you taking physical damage over time.
Rank 1 - -35 attack power
Rank 2 - -55 attack power
Rank 3 - -70 attack power
Rank 4 - -105 Attack power base
Rank 5 - -140 attack power base.
Rank 6 -  -220 attack power base.
Rank 7 -  -300 attack power base.
Rank 8 -  -410 attack power base.
 
Disarm
If your enemy has a weapon, well, they're punching you now.   With talents, it serves as one of the best overall damage boosts in the game given the enemy can be disarmed.

Enraged Regeneration
Consume an enrage effect on you to heal yourself for 3% of your max HP a second for 10 seconds.  You cannot enrage in any way until it expires.

Execute
Finish off a target under 20%.  Does high instant damage, and consumes all of your rage to make it that much stronger.  When glyphed, does 10 bonus rage worth of damage upon use.  With talents, the rage requirement is lowered, and leave some rage leftover after use.  Slightly boosted by attack power.
Rank 1 - 93 damage + 3 per rage above the usage requirement
Rank 2 - 159 damage + 6 per rage above the usage requirement
Rank 3 - 282 damage + 9 per rage above the usage requirement
Rank 4 - Deals 404 damage + 12 per extra rage
Rank 5 - Deals 554 damage+ 15 per extra rage
Rank 6 - Deals 687 damage+ 18 per extra rage
Rank 7 - Deals 865 damage+ 21 per extra rage
Rank 8 - Deals 1142 damage+ 30 per extra rage
Rank 9 - Deals 1456 damage+ 38 per extra rage
 
Hamstring
Hit 'em in the knees!  Slows a target 50% for 10 seconds.  With talents and glyphs, has a solid chance to hold a target in place completely. A high priority on players, and makes fleeing enemies easy targets.
 
Heroic Strike
A strike that costs rage, and your next attack's rage that it would have generated to deal a heavy blow. Does bonus damage, generates a large amount of hate with monsters, and at high levels, does bonus damage to dazed targets. Use when you are tanking and have your status effects up on the targets or when you have extra rage to throw around.

Rank 11 - Causes weapon damage +234 damage, +82 more if dazed.
Rank 12 - Causes weapon damage +317 damage, +110 more if dazed.
Rank 13 - Causes weapon damage +432 damage, +151 more if dazed.
Rank 14 - Causes weapon damage +493 damage, +173 more if dazed.

Heroic Throw
Hurl your weapon at a target, doing moderate damage with additional threat.  Can silence with the appropriate talent.

Intercept
Blitz your target from range, doing a longer stun and some damage rather than gaining rage.  Can be used in combat.  Talents will reduce the cooldown or give you a button to immediately enable it again!

Intervene
 Blitz to a nearby ally and take the next attack, and cut their current threat 10%.

Intimidating Shout
Send multiple units near your target running in fear for a short amount of time.  Mostly a PVP skill since using it around social monsters will likely bring you twice as many as you originally saw when you used the skill to begin with.
 
Mocking Blow
A slap in the face that acts a moderate hate generator and a forced taunt.
 
Overpower
If the target dodges one or your attacks, you get this little punishment move that cannot be denied by normal mitigation checks, only by you whiffing badly.  Can be activated on some parries with a glyph, and has an extremely high chance to critical with the talent.
 
Recklessness
Your next 3 special attacks will critical, but you take bonus damage for a short duration.

Rend
Instant attack that wounds the opponent, causing a set amount of damage plus more based off your weapon's damage over 15 seconds. Slower two-handed weapons with larger damage ranges will generate more damage from this skill than quick one handers. The first thing you do against rogues in PVP, and a solid opener to any fight grinding.  The glyph increases the duration 6 seconds and talent raises the overall damage.

Rank 3 - 50 base damage
Rank 4 - 70 base damage
Rank 5 - 115 base damage
Rank 6 - 150 base damage.
Rank 7 - 185 base damage.
Rank 8 - 215 base damage.
Rank 9 - 315 base damage.  35% bonus if target is healthy.
Rank 10 - 380 base damage. 35% bonus if target is healthy.

Retaliation
Any attack from the front will trigger a main hand counter attack for a short amount of time.  Has a limit to the number of attacks it can counter, so don't get too cocky with it.
 
Revenge
Counter any defensive maneuver with a swift strike.  Talented, it has a high chance of stun and with the glyph gives you a free Heroic Strike.  A potent attack for 5 rage for one handed defensive warriors.  Damage is raised by attack power.

Rank 9 - 1454-1776 base damage.
 
Shield Bash
Show those casters who is in charge.  Stops any spell currently being channeled or cast, and prevents any spell from that school from being cast for 6 seconds, and even dazes the opponent!  Can be talented to do a full silence on victims.
 
Shield Block
Shields up!  Doubles your block value and gives you guaranteed blocks for 10 seconds.  Talented, the cooldown drops considerably.  A fantastic skill to more or less nullify physical damage in group encounters and help soften the blows from enraged bosses.
 
Shield Slam
Rank 1 - A smash in the face does solid damage, and dispels a magic effect.  Causes a very high amount of threat, and has a variety of talents to enhance the power, critical, and sometimes give you free shots with it.
Rank 2 - 346-362 base damage.
Rank 3 - 396-416 base damage.
Rank 4 - 447-469 base damage.
Rank 5 - 499-523 base damage.
Rank 6 - 549-577 base damage.
Rank 7 - 837-879 base damage.
Rank 8 - 990-1040 base damage.

Shield Wall
Greatly reduces your damage for some time in combat.  Best used before you eat the dirt, rather than regretting it while you wait for the revival.
 
Slam
With a brief cast time, smash your opponent for bonus damage.  Can be chain cast to dish out a lot of damage in a hurry with talents.
Rank 1 - +32 damage
Rank 2 - +43 damage
Rank 3 - Causes weapon damage +68.
Rank 4 - Causes weapon damage +87.
Rank 5 - Causes weapon damage +105.
Rank 6 - Causes weapon damage +140
Rank 7 - Causes weapon damage +220
Rank 8 - Causes weapon damage +250.

Spell Reflection
Raise your equipped shield and reflect the next spell cast on you.  With talents, it can benefit your party as well.

Sunder Armor
An instant strike that lowers the target's armor and causes a high amount of threat.  The higher your attack power, the higher the threat caused. Talents lower the rage cost, and the glyph makes it hit multiple targets at once. Stacks up to 5 times on a target, boosting all physical output on the target.
Rank 1 - 90 armor per Sunder
Rank 2 - 180 armor per Sunder
Rank 3 - 270 armor per Sunder
 
Taunt
Come get some!  Any target that isn't hitting you, starts hitting you!  Forces an enemy to attack you briefly so you can keep those girly men alive.  Glyph raises the success rate.
 
Thunder Clap
Shakes the ground, doing slight damage to nearby enemies and slowing their time between attacks.  Generates a lot of additional hate.  Talent boosts damage, reduces rage cost, and doubles the slow effect.  A primary tanking tool that should be up at all times if you're in charge.  Glyphs boost the radius and lower the rage cost.
Rank 1 - 15 damage (Bonus with attack power), Slow lasts 10 seconds
Rank 2 - 34 damage (Bonus with attack power), Slow lasts 14 seconds
Rank 3 - 55 damage (Bonus with attack power), Slow lasts 18 seconds
Rank 4 - 82 damage (Bonus with attack power), Slow lasts 22 seconds
Rank 5 - 123 base damage.
Rank 6 - 154 base damage.
Rank 7 - 184 base damage.
Rank 8 - 247 base damage.
Rank 9 - 300 base damage.

Victory Rush
A free shot that can only be used after a killing blow on a green or higher monster, or PVP target that gives honor.  Glyphs increase the timeframe for using it, and the potential for a critical on healthy targets.

Whirlwind
Spin and nail up to 4 enemies nearby with any weapons equipped, including your offhand if you are dual wielding.  Talents boost the damage, and a glyph can lower the cooldown.  Now we're talking!
