The Basics

Justice Points are one of the two brand new dungeon and raid currencies
introduced in style="font-style: italic;">World of Warcraft:
Cataclysm. Replacing href="http://us.battle.net/wow/en/item/49426" target="_blank"> style="font-weight: bold;">[Emblems
of
Frost]
and
href="http://us.battle.net/wow/en/item/47241" target="_blank">[Emblems
of Triumph]
,
Justice Points are now the new
lower-level
PvE currency and can be used to purchase gear and other rewards that
are PvE oriented. Justice Points currently have a hard cap of 4,000.
Once
that total has been reached players must first spend the excess before
they will be able to accumulate any additional points. To view the
amount of Justice Points your character currently has simply bring up
your Character Info (C) and click on the "Currency" tab.

Justice Points are awarded for defeating bosses in style="font-style: italic;">Burning Crusade and

dungeons and raids (up
to level 80). Dungeons and raids below level 70 do not award
Justice Points. Justice Points will also be
rewarded for defeating bosses in Cataclysm dungeons and also for
completing any dungeon that was initated by using the Dungeon Finder
tool. To avoid
stockpiling of Justice Points once content has been
“out-leveled” players will no longer be awarded any
points for it. For example
players level 81 and above will receive
no Justice

participating in any style="font-style: italic;">Burning Crusade

Looking to spend your hard earned Justice Points? Justice Points can be
exchanged at a vendor known as the “Justice

Once a vendor has been located players will be able to purchase armor,

can be found near any of the above listed venders) in exchange for

Conversion

As mentioned above Justice Points took the
place of href="http://us.battle.net/wow/en/item/47241" target="_blank"> style="font-weight: bold;">[Emblem
of Triumph]
and href="http://us.battle.net/wow/en/item/49426" target="_blank"> style="font-weight: bold;">[Emblem
of Frost].
However, while
these emblems are now obsolete, players did receive credit for them.
When players first logged on after the release of Patch 4.0.1, all href="http://us.battle.net/wow/en/item/47241" target="_blank"> style="font-weight: bold;">[Emblem of Triumph]
and href="http://us.battle.net/wow/en/item/49426" target="_blank"> style="font-weight: bold;">[Emblem
of Frost]
were changed into
Justice Points.

The formula used for conversion was:

Justice
Points = 11.58 * (EoT + EoF)

Lower currencies such as href="http://us.battle.net/wow/en/item/40753" target="_blank"> style="font-weight: bold;">[Emblem of
Valor],
href="http://us.battle.net/wow/en/item/40752" target="_blank"> style="font-weight: bold;">[Emblem
of Heroism],
and href="http://us.battle.net/wow/en/item/45624" target="_blank"> style="font-weight: bold;">[Emblem of
Conquest]
were converted to gold instead of Justice Points at a rate of 5G 50S
per emblem. href="http://us.battle.net/wow/en/item/29434" target="_blank"> style="font-weight: bold;">[Badges
of Justice]
were also
converted to gold at a rate of 1G 83S 30C per badge.

See page two for information on Valor Points.

Valor Points per week.

Unlike href="http://www.tentonhammer.com/wow/guides/general/valor-and-justice-points">Justice

obtained by completing
Cataclysm raid instances such as Baradin Hold and Blackwing Descent.
Valor Points will also be awarded for completing the Cataclysm daily
Heroic dungeon run. Because of the limited places Valor Points can be
obtained reaching the 1250 weekly cap can be a difficult task.

As of Patch 4.1.0 Valor Points are rewarded as such for each of the
above mentioned tasks:

Once you have collected some Valor Points it is likely that you will
want to spend them. Valor Points can be spent at a variety of vendors
known as “Valorous Quartermasters”. These special
Quartermasters can be found in the following locations:

style="width: 600px; text-align: left; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"
border="1" cellpadding="2" cellspacing="2">

[PROTIP]Jamus'Vaz,

Garrosh. Instead he can be found on top of Grommash Hold along with
Gunra, the Justice Quartermaster.[/PROTIP]

Once at these vendors players will be able to choose from a slew of
Item Level 359 Epic ger, which costs around 700-2200 Valor Points
depending on what item slot the reward will fill. Items purchased can
be later upgraded to the Heroic versions by obtaining an Essence of the
Forlorn and converting it at the above listed Valorous Quartermasters.

Valor Points can be found below:
