Age of Conan Server Merger List Posted

Funcom's US Community Manager Dominic "Senek" Acquarulo posted the final list of planned server mergers for Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures forums today. The list includes the planned mergers and what name will be kept once each server is joined.

Here's the list of planned server merges. The first server shown (in bold) will remain as the servername after the merges. The servers merged together with the first one are then listed below.
