August 27th Preliminary Patch Notes on Test Live Forums

The preliminary patch notes for Age of Conan Hyborian Adventures has been posted to the Test Live server forums. This patch is shaping up to be a good sized one as it contains several class adjustments and a variety of world fixes. The most controversial change in the patch goes to the gem re-balancing. This will change the values of many of the gems players use to socket their gear.

TRADESKILLS

* Reduced the bonuses granted by all Invulnerability, Evade, Fatality, Offhand Chance, and Damage gems by a significant amount.

* Alchemist Cache no longer contains the easily accessible vendor-bought resources.

* The Skinner dialog now works,and resolves the quests to allow you to continue in the class.
