Lucio
Lucio excels at keeping himself alive and speeding up allies around himself. He is a very difficult healer to kill but also has weaker healing and CC than most. Lucio's main goal in teamfights is to Q enemy heroes away from his team while Eing his healing aura whenever speed is not needed. Lucio can rotate around the map incredibly fast. Make use of this to allow all of your lanes to play aggresively while you are close.
