Sonya excels against teams that have to way to interrupt her E. If they enemy team has reliable CC for you. Play safer until you see them use that CC. Sonya can easily disrupt the enemy backline if she gets to them. Enemies are forces to respond to her or take heavy damage. Just make sure you are not in too deep. Sonya is very strong when she can E in many enemies. Fight in minion waves or other sources of small enemies to allow yourself to heal off of them all with your E.
