Tassadar
Tassadar is rarely picked on his own and is often paried with hypercarry heroes such as Tracer or Valla. His ranged poke paired with his Plasma Shield fit perfectoly into the playstyle of these heroes. Tassadar's W is the majority of his damage and all of his poke. Try to pressure the enemy backline over and over. They will play more passively if not at full health and will trade less with your tanks, keeping them healthy. Tassadar's Q is the reason heroes like Valla can survive. Try to shield your target after they have taken some damage to allow the target to use the lifesteal it provides.
