Valla
Valla excels in team comps with double support or against enemy teams with no way to pressure her. Her low health makes her a very vulnerable target. Valla deals strong sustained DPS if she can stay alive. Use Vault to dodge enemy CC and burst rather than for more damage. Typically as Valla you want to hit whatever you can. This will usually be frontline. Pressure frontline until your team looks for a pick, then follow up on that.
