Blizzard Europe posted a FAQ on their forums to reply to questions from players regarding the upcoming release of WoW in Europe.

When will the things that are answered with "will be announced later" be announced?

If we have an estimated time for the announcement it will be included in the answer in this FAQ. If there's no time or estimate included in the answer, the time of the announcement remains to be announced.
