Ever have one of those customer service experiences born out of a Dilbert strip? Me neither, as my recent experience with Dell.ca's online store is more akin to something out of Bizarro.
"Mahesh: No, thats the two options and calling Sales will not help they wont be able to do anything about it.
Me: OK. Lets try this another way. If I buy an XPS 700 with the single GeForce 7900 GS, would there by chance be empty PCIExpress slots on the motherboard?
Mahesh: *4 minute pause* For another graphics card?
Me: Now youre catching on. "
