City of Heroes deployed its latest update today with Issue 19: Alpha Strike. The update adds the first new Alpha Slot to help prime players for the Incarnate system. The Alpha Slot will provide high-level players with access to new powers and challenges. The update also escalated the conflict in Praetoria with new events and the start of the invasion of Primal Earth. Additional power animations, new Task Force and much more have been included in the update. Check out the official launch video and patch notes for all the details.
