It's an unfortunate truth for fans of the game that Star Trek Online has failed to meet the expectations of many gamers. Developer Cryptic Studios has released a total of three successful MMOGs since their inception in 2001, and each of these has faced similar critiques.


It's time for Cryptic to take a look at the big picture, and in this article I'm going to offer my opinions on what their most recent title could learn from the one prior to it: What STO Can Learn From CO.
