We've ventured out into World of Warcraft's PTR to view the new fairground for patch 4.3's revamped Darkmoon Faire. Come see the sights of the new zone before it is released in the upcoming patch.
As you can see there is a good deal of grim visuals in the Darkmoon Faire. The entire zone is one large spooky forest filled with some rather disturbing visuals as you make your way into the actual faire that is littered with trash and junk everywhere. Injured carnies fill the entire zone while rather unsafe rides await players. Not to mention the large bloodbath that awaits in the Darkmoon Deathmatch.
While browsing these images know that they're mostly from the PTR, so things may change up a bit and some of the tents are closed off, but you can get a pretty good idea of what is in store in the upcoming patch. Some things to note are the detailed artistic posters hanging around the faire grounds and the generally gritty theme of things.
We've also included the upcoming Darkmoon Faire map to get an idea of what the island looks like along with a shot of the soon to be infamous Pit Fighter's Chest located in the Darkmoon Deathmatch.
