DCUO's "The Battle of Legends" End of Beta Event Begins Today

Today marks the end of open beta in the US for DC Universe Online (DCUO) and Sony Online Entertainment is sending players out with a bang. Starting today, DCUO beta servers will experience "The Battle of Legends" event, which will allow players to fight to save or rule the world alongside some of the most iconic DC characters like Superman, Lex Luthor, Batman and many others.

The event is designed in the spirit of the DCUO cinematic trailer in which the world's heroes do battle on an epic scale. Each server will have its own event throughout the day. European server events will take place on January 6th.
The first event kicks off today at 4:00pm PT on PC Beta 2 and will continue on other PC and PS3 beta servers throughout the day. Event details and all server event times are available on the DCUO website.
